Austin has been working in the construction industry since 2013. He learned several construction trades as a general laborer, and became a superintendent for a smaller general contractor. He obtained his degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University and then joined the team of a larger semi-custom home builders. While doing this, he continued his education by obtaining his general contractors license.

It was an easy transition to starting Snow Peak Construction and Austin really enjoys it. He loves changing homeowners' thoughts about general contractors by capturing their vision, communicating effectively, and staying true to his word.
